A First-in-Class Approach to FcRn

Adimanebart is a humanized monoclonal antibody designed to activate muscle-specific kinase (MuSK), a critical regulator of neuromuscular junction (NMJ) stability and function.  Adimanebart is being evaluated for patients with congenital myasthenic syndromes (CMS) and spinal muscular atrophy (SMA).
