Investigator-Initiated Studies
argenx supports interventional and observational Investigator-Initiated Studies (IIS), which are conducted by an external third party that assumes regulatory and legal responsibility for development, conduct, and oversight of the study.

Clinical Research Collaboration
Clinical Research Collaboration is similar to IIS research in that the external third party assumes regulatory and legal responsibility for development, conduct, and oversight of the study. Unlike with IIS, argenx can initiate research and co-create with investigators in service of developing and executing innovative study designs and move the science forward together.

Decisions for grants are made through a formal grant review and decision-making process. The Grant Review Committee assesses and approves applications based upon need, design, scientific rigor, independence, and compliance. Approvals depend on available funding, the volume of requests, and alignment with argenx’s areas of interest.
