Mary Lynne Hedley

Dr. Hedley has served as Senior Scientific Fellow at the Broad Institute of Harvard and MIT since 2020 and became a Venture Partner at Third Rock Ventures in 2022. She currently sits on the boards of Eli Lilly, Veeva Systems, Centessa Pharmaceuticals, and Azalea Therapeutics. Previously, she was Co-Founder, Director, President, and COO of TESARO from 2010 to 2019, following leadership roles at Abraxis, Eisai, MGI Pharma, and Zycos, which she co-founded after completing her postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard.

Dr. Hedley advises several biotechnology companies and CEOs, chairs the Life Science Committee of the Boston Museum of Science, serves on the board of Women Innovating Together in Healthcare (WITH), and is a member of the Biotech CEO Sisterhood. She earned a Bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and a Ph.D. in Immunology from UT Southwestern.
